Unity LightVersion 1.4 - August 8, 2011This theme needs the Equinox GTK2 engine, as well as the Murrine engine. The latter comes by default with Ubuntu.
If you're using that OS, you can easily get everything this theme needs by typing the following on a terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tiheum/equinox
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-equinox
Extract the contents of the archive to the ~./themes
directory on your home folder.IMPORTANT
To preserve the buttons (close, minimize and maximize) on the panel, this theme uses the "Radiance" name, with the downside of not being able to use the original Radiance theme unless you delete this one.
Using the Faenza icon theme
is strongly recommended. You can install it from the PPA above too. Once you've added it, open up a terminal and insert the following:
sudo apt-get install faenza-icon-themeThis theme is intended to be used with the Unity Desktop Environment.
Nautilus elementary is highly recommended.
